SC3000 [Image Manipulation Systems (IMS)]

IMS1 is an image manipulation and graphics card that integratesTrueColor graphics and live video right on to the display of any IPC orSPARC-based workstation. It provides an accelerated X11 capability usingthe TI34020 with live video extensions. The basic card has three videoinputs, 4-MB display memory, and 8 MB of program/data memory for on-cardstorage of pixmaps, and backing store in two SBus slots. The TI34082floating-point coprocessor is available to accelerate PEX code as anoption. The live video can be arbitrarily sized to any X11 GC. Display is1152 x 900 x 32 at 66 Hz or 75 Hz (optional). Supplied with the standardcard is the full X11R5/PEX/MVEX software releases.
